Set up review queues

1. In the console, open https://app.algorythmos.fr/review.
2. Create a queue and assign reviewers or entire teams.
3. Configure SLA timers and escalation emails.

Sending items to review

• In processors, enable Confidence guardrail → Send to review for fields below your threshold.
• In workflows, add a Review node and connect it to the branch you want to pause.
• Use the API by posting to POST https://api.algorythmos.fr/review/items with the run_id you want audited.

Closing the loop

• Reviewers approve or edit the structured output; all changes are versioned.
• When complete, the workflow resumes automatically and downstream webhooks fire.
• Export reviewer analytics from Review → Insights to track accuracy and throughput.

With humans in the loop, you maintain compliance while still automating the bulk of document processing.
